Excellent motivator.

Effective and simple program

I am an athlete. I needed a program that would build my push up endurance for a PT. This is working great. Push yourself to get every push up. Repeat workouts when you fail to complete the daily program and take your time. You will succeed and see results.

Works well on ipad too. Only thing I might like is being able to change how many push ups you actually did. For example, if it called for 26 and I decided to do 30. Not a huge deal. Design is slick and simple.

Push-up extreme

Love this program and its updates. I did this 4 months ago and it was the challenge I needed. Now, back at it again and it looks like the program was completely re done to make it even better and easier to use. Great app.
